Cancellation Policy
Cancelling/No-show: less than 24 hours before services that require a deposit will result in the stylist keeping said deposit.
Rescheduling: services that require a deposit can only be rescheduled once and must be done more than 24 hours in advance. After that the stylist will keep said deposit and you will have to do the scheduling and deposit process all over again.
Cancel/No-show/Reschedule: too many times may result in being banned from online booking
